• Job Description:

  Role & Responsibilities:

  • Experience: Around 5-6 years in the IT industry with at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Testing for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules.

  • Automated Testing: Minimum 2-3 years of experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ServiceNow automation tools.

  • Build, maintain, and execute ATF scripts for modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM.

  • Handle Defect Management processes, including tracking and reporting issues.

  • Define and implement test strategy and test plans based on project requirements.

  • Perform component testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing of ServiceNow modules.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams (development, business analysts, etc.) to ensure effective testing processes.

  • Interact with clients and participate in client meetings to gather requirements, clarify issues, and provide updates.

  • Report to stakeholders on testing progress, issues, and risks.

  • Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey testing results and project status to all relevant parties.

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Testing (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).

  • Expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and related automation tools.

  • Familiarity with Defect Management processes.

  • Proficiency in creating test strategies and test plans.

  • Solid understanding of component, integration, and E2E testing methodologies.

  • Good interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and stakeholder reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
