Job Description

• Responsibilities
  • Onboard software publishers and create Effective License Position (ELP) in the Flexera tool.
  • Review compliance positions for onboarded publishers and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Review and analyze license contracts, maintenance agreements, and handle compliance audits.
  • Monitor and manage inventory alerts in Flexera; generate reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Handle license true-up and reconciliation activities to maintain compliance.
  • Identify and manage unlicensed, unmanaged, and unauthorized software installations.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations with VMware, ITAM systems, and SaaS APIs.
  • Oversee and resolve issues related to Flexera beacon servers and agent deployments.
  • Utilize ServiceNow CMDB for configuration management and inventory tracking.
  • Work hands-on with Flexera tools for technical licensing of Microsoft, Oracle, or other major vendors.
