  As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or new development work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  Required Skills

  Must Have:

  • Proficiency in Japanese language (minimum 3 years of experience)

  • Ability to translate technical documentation (Japanese ↔ English)

  • Strong understanding of Japanese cultural and business etiquette

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Japanese

  Good to Have:

  • Experience with Spring Boot

  • Exposure to full-stack or enterprise Java development

  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
