• Job Description:

  The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and troubleshoot solutions, designs, models, and simulations on various software platforms as per client or project requirements.

  Responsibility:

  1. Design and develop solutions as per client specifications.

  2. Work on different software like CAD and CAE to develop models as per project plan or customer requirements.

  3. Test prototypes and designs on software and verify all boundary conditions such as impact analysis and stress analysis.

  4. Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility by integrating software components into a fully functional system.

  5. Create prototypes as per engineering drawings and prepared outline CAD models.

  6. Perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.

  7. Provide optimized solutions by running simulations in virtual environments.

  8. Ensure software is updated with the latest features to improve cost-effectiveness.

  9. Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities, making recommendations, and implementing solutions.

  10. Follow industry-standard operating procedures as per client requirements during modeling.

  Customer Support And Problem Solving

  1. Perform defect fixing for client or software integration team tickets.

  2. Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.

  3. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems efficiently.

  4. Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback for adequate resolution.

  5. Comply with project plans and industry standards.

  Reporting And Documentation

  1. Ensure weekly and monthly status reports for clients.

  2. Maintain documents and a repository of all design changes and recommendations.

  3. Maintain time-sheets for clients.

  4. Provide written knowledge transfer and project history.

  Deliver

  1. Design And Develop Solutions: Adherence to project plan and schedule, error-free onboarding and implementation, high throughput percentage.

  2. Quality & CSAT: On-time delivery, minimal corrections, first-time right delivery, no major defects post-production, 100% compliance with traceability matrix, completion of skill-upgrade certifications.

  3. MIS & Reporting: 100% on-time MIS and report generation.
