Job Description

• What You ll Do
  Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
  Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.
  Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best practices across the team.
  Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and ownership.
  Stay current with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  Experience: 6+ years
  What We re Looking For
  6+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong command of frontend and backend development.
  Proficiency in React or Angular, and TypeScript.
  Strong backend experience with Python-based frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).
  Solid understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
  Experience leading product development or major workstreams.
  A passion for building great software and solving complex technical challenges.
  Nice to Have
  Prior experience leading a team or mentoring engineers.
  Familiarity with AI/ML tools and concepts, such as OpenLLM, Hugging Face Transformers, and related frameworks.
  Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
  Experience with GraphQL, Redis, or event-driven architectures.
  Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities
