    8. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
    9. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in Spring Boot and Java development.
    10. Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
