- Supplier Enablement & Knowledge Management
- Conduct structured onboarding sessions covering platform navigation, catalog uploads, and operational best practices.
- Create and maintain help guides, reference materials, and documentation to support suppliers self-service.
- Issue Resolution & Technical Support
- Provide hands-on support for platform errors and technical workflows (e.g., catalog uploads, system configurations).
- Manage and triage JIRA tickets; collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Escalate non-responsive sellers to the Business Development team for follow-up.
- Shipping & Logistics Onboarding
- Train suppliers in shipping processes, label generation, and logistics compliance.
- Support suppliers in implementing shipping workflows effectively.
