    • Supplier Enablement & Knowledge Management
    • Conduct structured onboarding sessions covering platform navigation, catalog uploads, and operational best practices.
    • Create and maintain help guides, reference materials, and documentation to support suppliers self-service.
    • Issue Resolution & Technical Support
    • Provide hands-on support for platform errors and technical workflows (e.g., catalog uploads, system configurations).
    • Manage and triage JIRA tickets; collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
    • Supplier Relationship Management
    • Maintain regular communication with suppliers to monitor progress and address challenges.
    • Escalate non-responsive sellers to the Business Development team for follow-up.
    • Shipping & Logistics Onboarding
    • Train suppliers in shipping processes, label generation, and logistics compliance.
    • Support suppliers in implementing shipping workflows effectively.
