Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow (SNOW) and Splunk systems

Monitor system performance and reliability to ensure seamless IT operations

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design and deploy system solutions aligned with business objectives

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SNOW and Splunk issues to minimize downtime

Analyze system performance metrics and logs to identify improvement opportunities

Develop and maintain system documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely issue resolution

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies

Implement security controls to protect system data and prevent unauthorized access

Monitor system capacity and plan for scalability and future growth

Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer on SNOW and Splunk functionalities
