Job Description

• Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Perform CRM customizations and develop CRM extensions using Plugins, Custom Workflows, and web apps.

  • Use C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, web services, and SSRS for CRM development.

  • Strong client-side scripting using JavaScript/jQuery/Ajax; LINQ knowledge is a plus.

  • Implement REST and SOAP services from client-side scripting.

  • Handle CRM integrations with other systems.

  • Conduct technical root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Participate in peer code reviews and collaborate across teams.

  • Apply urgency, focus, and commitment to deliver solutions in a timely manner.
