- We are inviting applications for the role of Technical Support Engineer ? International, responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance to global customers across voice and remote channels.
Responsibilities:- Provide first-line technical support to international customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot issues related to networking, VPN, firewall, LAN/WAN, hardware, and software configurations.
- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the ticketing system.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems within defined SLAs while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up until closure.
- Assist with remote diagnostics, configuration support, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Maintain strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching), and security best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and international support standards.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 1?4 years of experience in Technical Support / International Voice Process.
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting, VPN setup, firewall configuration, LAN/WAN support, and operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac).
- Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+, ITIL are a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in night shifts and support international clients (US/UK process).
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
