• Job Description:

  We are seeking a Product Lead with strong experience in Agile product management, cloud technologies, and full-stack software delivery to lead the modernization and enhancement of the Global Trade Services GOaLS platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about innovation, Lean and Agile practices, DevSecOps, and building world-class dealer experiences.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with strategic business goals.

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional product teams (Product Owner, Product Manager, Designers, and Engineers) to build and modernize dealer-facing platforms.

  • Drive modernization of the existing Java/STRUTS-based GOaLS application into a microservices-based architecture by 2026.

  • Guide and support the adoption of technologies and practices such as:

    • Service-Oriented Architecture (APIs / Microservices)

    • Micro Front Ends (MFE)

    • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

    • CI/CD (Tekton pipelines) and TDD

    • DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

  • Facilitate and run Agile ceremonies (Standups, Retros, Backlog Grooming, etc.) to drive effective team collaboration.

  • Own the product lifecycle including security, operational support, and governance compliance (GRC).

  • Identify and resolve integration risks, manage external dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Champion continuous improvement through automation, waste elimination, and team coaching/mentorship.

  • Ensure performance monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace and Google Cloud Monitoring.

  • Encourage a safe, innovative, and growth-oriented team environment.

  Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management in Agile software development environments.

  • Demonstrated experience building product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.

  • Proven technical expertise in:

    • Java programming

    • API/Microservices development

    • Service-Oriented Architecture

    • Cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

    • CI/CD tools: Tekton, Jenkins, etc.

    • Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle

    • DevSecOps, A/B Testing, Load/Performance Testing

    • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

  • Excellent communication and people leadership skills; capable of team building, coaching, and motivating teams.

  • Deep experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Google Cloud Monitoring.
