  • Inviting applications for the role of Telecom Billing Analyst / Developer.
  • In this role, you will work on the design, development, and support of Telecom Billing systems using Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, and PL/SQL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate rating, billing, and mediation processes in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support Telecom Billing applications ensuring accurate customer billing and transaction processing.
  • Write and optimize PL/SQL queries and stored procedures for rating, billing, and invoicing processes.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs to integrate billing with upstream and downstream systems (CRM, mediation, payment gateways).
  • Perform unit testing (JUnit) and validate billing accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot billing-related issues and provide L2/L3 support for production incidents.
  • Ensure on-time bill runs, invoice generation, and error-free transaction processing.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand new billing requirements and implement solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support CI/CD deployments and continuous improvement of billing processes.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for billing applications and processes.
