    • Provide high-quality Tier 2 customer support via calls, emails & chats
    • Ensure 100% issue resolution & customer satisfaction
    • Follow escalation protocols & maintain service SLAs
    • Guide customers through self-service portals & handle queries with empathy
    • Keep knowledgebase & documentation up to date
    Youll Need:
    • Excellent verbal & written communication
    • Good tech skills (Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, MS Office, etc.) Willingness to work in US time zones
    • Team spirit, punctuality & a customer-first mindset
    • Experience: Freshers welcome!
    • 6 months6 years of BPO/customer support experience preferred
    • Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Pune
    • Education: Any Graduate | Undergrad with experience
    • Work Week: Rotational (MonFri / TueSat / Wed?Sun)
    • Salary Range: ? Freshers: 25K ? 0?6 months: Up to 28K ? 7 months?3 yrs: Up to 40K
