- Provide high-quality Tier 2 customer support via calls, emails & chats
- Ensure 100% issue resolution & customer satisfaction
- Follow escalation protocols & maintain service SLAs
- Guide customers through self-service portals & handle queries with empathy
- Keep knowledgebase & documentation up to date
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Good tech skills (Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, MS Office, etc.) Willingness to work in US time zones
- Team spirit, punctuality & a customer-first mindset
- Experience: Freshers welcome!
- 6 months6 years of BPO/customer support experience preferred
- Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Pune
- Education: Any Graduate | Undergrad with experience
- Work Week: Rotational (MonFri / TueSat / Wed?Sun)
- Salary Range: ? Freshers: 25K ? 0?6 months: Up to 28K ? 7 months?3 yrs: Up to 40K
