Job Description

• We are looking for a Web Developer to manage, optimize, and scale our PeopleSocial website and marketing tech stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, CMS management, and SEO-friendly website design. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure optimal website performance, lead conversion, and ongoing enhancements.
  Commitment:
  • Develop and maintain web pages, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
  • Implement website tracking, lead capture, and SEO optimizations.
  • Support Martech integrations (CRM, analytics, automation, chatbots, etc.).
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Website Development & Maintenance: Manage CMS updates, implement A/B tests, and troubleshoot web issues.
  2. Landing Page Development: Create high-converting pages for lead generation, event registration, and product launches.
  3. SEO Optimization: Implement technical SEO fixes, schema markup, and page speed enhancements.
  4. CRM & Martech Integrations: Work with HubSpot, Salesforce etcc. for tracking and automation.
  5. Website Analytics & Reporting: Set up Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  6. Security & Performance Optimization: Monitor site speed, uptime, and security updates.
  Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in web development, CMS management, or marketing technology.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (for CMS work).
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility compliance. ? Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking.
  • Experience integrating CRM, chatbots, and automation tools.
