    About the Role

    Role Purpose

    To design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at the client?s end, ensuring 100% adherence to quality assurance standards and timely delivery.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Requirement Analysis & Design

    • Understand and analyze software/product requirements and translate them into technical design.

    • Study systems flow, data usage, and work processes to develop feasible solutions.

    • Investigate and analyze root causes of system issues.

    • Contribute ideas to enhance system performance, stability, and availability.

    • Collaborate with functional teams and systems analysts for deep requirement analysis.

    • Liaise with project managers to align on software capabilities and limitations.

    2. Software Development & Testing

    • Perform full stack development using Java and related technologies.

    • Evaluate system feasibility through analysis and problem definition.

    • Develop, automate, and execute test cases for software validation.

    • Modify software to fix bugs, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces.

    • Maintain clean, bug-free code with proper documentation.

    • Regularly compile technical documentation, code comments, reports, and project updates.

    • Provide ongoing feedback on usability and serviceability; identify and report quality risks.

    3. Client Communication & Status Reporting

    • Capture and clarify client requirements to ensure deliverables align with expectations.

    • Maintain high-quality communication via emails, calls, and status reports.

    • Collect and incorporate feedback from clients to refine deliverables.

    • Stay up-to-date with programming languages and emerging technologies.

    • Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and define specifications.

    • Ensure timely and professional response to all internal and external customer requests.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Mandatory: Full Stack Java Enterprise Development

    • Experience: 3?5 years of hands-on software development experience

    • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular or React)

    • Experience in developing scalable and maintainable enterprise applications

    • Familiarity with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
