Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and optimization of A/B tests using AB Tasty across various digital platforms.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into high-performing experiments.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Debug and troubleshoot issues related to test deployment, performance, and user experience.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all experiments.

Maintain documentation and best practices for AB Tasty usage and frontend development standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Skills

Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with AB Tasty or similar A/B testing platforms.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in web environments.

Familiarity with browser developer tools and performance profiling.

Understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization strategies.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).

Experience working in agile teams.

Exposure to analytics tools, preferably GA4, and data-driven decision-making.
