Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to client service requests promptly and provide quality technical solutions.
- Monitor and maintain client systems, servers, networks, and infrastructure.
- Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and create preventive action plans.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware based on client needs.
- Provide application and user access management as per client requirements.
- Track service tickets from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely closure.
- Maintain regular data and log backups to ensure system reliability.
- Coordinate with on-site or remote teams for complex problem resolution.
- Review automated (Chat Bot) logs and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Ensure 100% adherence to timelines and zero customer escalations.
