    • Strong analytical thinking and multitasking capabilitie.
    • Familiarity with data-driven modules and tool.
    • Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls using designated front-office tool.
    • Provide prompt and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a clean and professional work environment.
    • Continuously update knowledge of processes and tool
    • Always demonstrate proper telephone etiquette and professional communication Mandatory.
