- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Possess strong English typing skills with high accuracy.
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and non-voice processes.
- Provide excellent customer support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Work on international chat processes for various clients.
- Execute email processing tasks with attention to detail.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO or related industry (customer support).
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts majorly night shift.
- Cab facility provided.
- 5 days Working
