Job Description:
We are seeking a Cloud Integration Specialist / Apptio Consultant to translate business and functional requirements into technical solution designs for Apptio products and services. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud and hybrid IT solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Responsibilities:

Translate business and functional requirements into technical solution designs for Apptio products/services.

Extract, transform, and load data from source systems using cloud-based integration solutions.

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure integration activities align with scope, schedule, and priority.

Implement solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); cloud certifications are a plus.

Enable federated authentication using SAML, OAuth, OIDC protocols.

Work with REST APIs using tools like Postman.

Establish best practices for application integration within the team.

Collect client feedback and coordinate with product management for future releases.

Provide end-user training and operational documentation for implemented integrations.
Required Technical & Professional Expertise:

General understanding of traditional, cloud, and hybrid IT architectures (servers, storage, databases, virtualization, applications).

Skilled in handling large datasets and resolving data-related issues efficiently.

3+ years of experience with web applications, RESTful APIs, and authentication/authorization methods.

Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Basic data analytics skills; familiarity with Excel, SQL, HTML, Business Objects.

Prefer experience with ERP, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management tools (SAP, VMware, ServiceNow, Workday Financials).

Exposure to Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) / ETL tools such as Dell Boomi, Informatica, TIBCO, MuleSoft, or Oracle Cloud.
