Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform health checks, troubleshooting, and logic development for Honeywell Experion (C200/C300) systems.
    • Handle configuration, tag addition, and troubleshooting for Honeywell Safety PLC (SM) systems.
    • Develop and modify logic for PLC systems such as Master Logic (ML200) and Hybrid Controller (HC900).
    • Design and update SCADA/HMI web graphics pages.
    • Conduct computer and network troubleshooting, including Experion Station/Server reinstallation and database restoration.
    • Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance tasks across multiple South Indian states (TN, AP, KL, KA).
    • Support system upgrade and migration projects in assigned regions.
    • Prepare and submit visit reports (PM/CM MoM) for invoicing.
    • Complete assigned certification courses to enhance technical skillsets.
