    Your role
    • You Should have ITIL Background , as what is ITIL , what is ITSM, the transformation of ITIL From ITIL V2 to ITIL V3 and ITIL V4. Preferably ITIL V4 certified.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the service catalog, ensuring it is a single source of truth for all IT services - Catalog Maintenance.
    • You must ensure that all information within the service catalog is accurate, complete, and published in a timely manner - Data Accuracy and timeliness.
    Your profile
    • 6 to 9 years experience in Service Catalogue management.
    • You ensure that the information in the service catalog is consistent with the broader service portfolio and the service pipeline - Consistency with Service Portfolio.
    • You manage the different views of the catalog to provide the correct information to the appropriate users - User Access and Views.
