• Job Description:
  We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools to conduct comprehensive performance, load, and stress testing for enterprise applications. The role requires analyzing server metrics, optimizing database queries, and ensuring application scalability and reliability. Prior experience with cloud-based performance testing (preferably Azure) and working with multi-geo customers is highly desirable. Candidates with insurance domain experience will be given preference.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and execute performance, load, stress, regression, and integration testing.

  • Use tools such as LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter for performance testing across web and API platforms.

  • Perform baselining and benchmark testing to identify performance bottlenecks.

  • Analyze application behavior under load, including server metrics, database query performance, and network latency.

  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to implement performance optimizations.

  • Generate detailed performance testing reports with recommendations, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Conduct cloud-based performance testing (Azure preferred) for distributed environments.

  • Work directly with multi-geo customers to ensure performance requirements meet global standards.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad).

  2. Proficiency in API and web application load testing.

  3. Ability to analyze and interpret server metrics, database queries, and network performance.

  4. Experience in Azure or other cloud-based performance testing platforms.

  5. Knowledge of performance engineering strategies, including scalability and stability assessments.

  6. Strong analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks.

  7. Excellent communication and reporting skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  8. Preferably insurance industry experience.

  9. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional global teams.
