   Role & responsibilities :
  •     Ensure adherence to quality standards, industry best practices, and compliance with relevant regulations in all project deliverables.
  •     Having knowledge of Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow is an add on
  •     Communicate effectively with stakeholders to foster a shared understanding and commitment to objectives.
  •     Strategic thinker with operational agility, able to manage dynamic priorities and adapt quickly in high pressure environments
  •     Analytical and solution oriented, skilled at assessing business impacts and presenting actionable options.
  •     Flexible and globally collaborative, comfortable working across time zones
  •     Should be able to identify, lead and drive automation initiatives to streamline process on cloud SaaS applications.
  •     Should be able to work on documentation of SOPs, DDS, and knowledge Articles and so on.
