  Responsibilities:

  As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively support the consulting team through various project phases, including:

  • Problem definition

  • Effort estimation

  • Diagnosis

  • Solution generation

  • Design and deployment

  Additional Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore alternatives for recommended solutions by conducting research (literature surveys, public domain info, vendor evaluations, etc.) and build Proofs of Concept (POCs).

  • Create requirement specifications based on business needs.

  • Define ?to-be? processes and prepare detailed functional designs as per requirements.

  • Configure solution requirements on products and troubleshoot any issues, including root-cause diagnosis and clarification gathering.

  • Identify and shortlist suitable solution alternatives.

  • Contribute to both unit-level and organization-wide initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.
