  • Tech sideEssentials :

    • Core java - some core concepts + java8+ related features e.g streams, messaging.
    • Spring/Spring boot - config mgmt, DI, aspects, other core Spring capabilities - e.g. JPA, Rest api concepts, Authentication, json handling, caching etc.
    • Databases hands on with Ansi sql.
    Testing
    • Diagnostics & Observability
    Nice to have:
    • UI development using React
    • Familiarity with AWS cloud, Services like API Gateway, Event Bridge, AWS lambda.
    Infra as code - cloud formation/CDK concepts.
    • Non-tech
    Support experience
    • Collaboration & Communication skills
    • Work organization - TODO tracking, jira defect tracking
