  Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ITSM Service portal integration API reporting
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Portal Javascript Angular JS HTML CSS etc
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
  • Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Certifications CAD CSA Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and Functional knowledge in respective domains
