Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Implement and support Esker solutions with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
    • Work on SAP or JDE integrations across multiple companies, languages, and currencies.
    • Configure and support Esker features such as auto-learning, OCR mapping, touchless processing, teaching, and workflow management.
    • Utilize Esker dashboards, workspaces, and punchout catalogs to streamline business processes.
    • Provide expertise in Esker Accounts Payable (AP) and Purchasing processes.
    • Implement and support Esker solutions across multiple ERPs and global business environments.
    • Support Esker functionalities integrated with FI-Accounts Payable or Purchasing modules.
    • Follow and support standardized change management processes for deployments and updates.
    • Troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Ensure smooth end-to-end document processing and improve automation efficiency within Esker.
