    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer with strong experience in Python Scripting to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will play a crucial role in identifying issues, improving automation processes, and ensuring the overall performance and usability of our applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand software test requirements and translate them into effective test plans and test cases.

    • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python scripting and related tools.

    • Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

    • Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams for resolution.

    • Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test documentation.

    • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.

    • Utilize automation tools like VB macros and GUI scripting to streamline testing workflows.

    • Report on testing progress, metrics, and issues to stakeholders via test dashboards and regular updates.

    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure complete coverage of test scenarios.

    • Ensure compliance with SLA timelines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT).

    • Continuously improve testing processes and suggest enhancements for better efficiency and quality.
