Job Description

• Responsibilities:

  • Actively support the consulting team across various phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.

  • Explore alternative solutions through research, literature reviews, vendor evaluations, and public domain information, and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) where required.

  • Translate business needs into requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and create detailed functional designs.

  • Configure solution requirements on products, troubleshoot issues by performing root cause analysis, and propose feasible solution alternatives.

  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, driving high-quality, value-adding solutions for customers.

  • Support Infosys?s mission to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey through innovation and excellence.
